Welcome to Haul Yeah (gethaulyeah.com). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our store. We work to keep product listings, photos, and prices accurate. Occasionally a price or listing error slips through; if that happens on an order you placed, we'll contact you with the choice to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Prices and availability can change without notice.

Orders. We may refuse or cancel an order when we have good reason — for example a listing error, a stock problem, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you already paid for, you get a full refund.

Payment. Payments are handled by the secure payment providers in our checkout. We never see or store your full card number.

Shipping and returns. Covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

What our products are. Haul Yeah sells home and desk goods. Nothing on this site is a medical, health, or therapeutic claim.

Our content. The Haul Yeah name, logo, images, and site content belong to us. Please don't copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.

Limits of responsibility. Use products as intended and at your own discretion. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any issue with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted on this page is the one that applies.
