Shipping Policy

Processing. Orders are processed within [CONFIRM: 1–3] business days. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number when it ships.

Delivery. Standard US delivery typically takes [CONFIRM: X–Y] business days after processing. Free standard shipping on orders over $50; shipping for smaller orders is shown at checkout.

Where orders ship from. Our products ship directly from our supplier partners' warehouses. If your order has more than one item, pieces may arrive in separate packages — that's normal, and each gets its own tracking.

Wrong address. If you spot an address mistake, email support@gethaulyeah.com right away. We can usually fix it before shipment, but we can't reroute a package once it's on the truck.

Lost or stuck packages. If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 business days or your package seems lost, email us and we'll sort it out with the carrier.

International. We currently ship within the United States only.
